* The mobile app now matches the behavior of the website. When viewing a hosted stream, you can now join the host’s chat while viewing the hosted stream.

In this version, we've made your settings 100% more intuitive and easy to access. Now, instead of going to the iOS settings, you can change your defaults right from within the App! Scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar menu and tap the settings cog to:

Twitch Emote iMessage Keyboard is here! Now you can spam all your favorite emotes, including ones from subscriptions, to all your friends (or enemies) all the time. Activate it in the “Manage” section of the iMessage App Store.

You can now view your friends’ activity in the friends list. See which broadcasts they are watching, or if they themselves are broadcasting. Join them in viewing a stream with a just a few touches!

• To view your Friends List on mobile, tap the “Social” icon on the top right section of the app. There you can view your online presence, your Friends List, and your Whispers List.
• Add or remove friends from your list easily from the Whispers menu. Tap the “Social” icon, select or start a chat with a user, and hit the “Add Friend” icon to add a user to your list. You can remove them by tapping the gear icon and selecting “Unfriend”.
• Set yourself to “Invisible” to browse Twitch anonymously. Simply open the “Social” icon and tap the “Online” section at the top left of the window.
• Addresses an issue that can prevent channel chat messages from appearing.
