This BMW Mobile Assistance Program application is intended for internal use by BMW dealership personnel only. This application is not intended for use by customers.

The BMW Mobile Assistance Program application allows BMW MAP technicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests right on their iPhone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:

•Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color.
•Customer Name
•Customer Phone Number
•Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)
•Disablement Location

Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing.

Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ever been stuck in an area with a limited data connection? You can now update your job statues even with limited data! Once you return to an area with a stronger data connection, the status and ATA will automatically update for you.

When you receive a new call, if the distance to the customer shows “N/A” or does not seem correct, simply swipe down on the incoming job screen and the app will check the GPS location again. Make sure your GPS is turned on in settings for this to work.

Optional larger font is available in the settings screen.

Choose between the Roadsmart new job ring tone or the phone’s default notification sound for alerts.

You now have the ability to copy and paste the VIN number. To do so, simply press and hold down on the VIN in the job details screen.
