PIN Reset – You can now reset your ATM PIN within the app.
Pre-Login Balance – Get your account balance quickly, without having to log in. Simply tap and enable this feature in your settings.
Transaction Search – Find transactions quickly and easily with the new search bar.

Stay informed with pending and completed transactions, now viewable in your account overview. We made updates on Authentication code – For your security, we’ll send you an authentication code when logging in on a new device.

Biometric login-use your face or fingerprint for a more secure login experience. Locked out? You can now unlock your account in the app.

New features include:

Reset password notification – To help you prevent getting locked out, we’ll prompt you to reset your password following an incorrect username/password combination.

Show/Hide Password – Cut down on the guesswork. You can now show and hide the password field when logging in.

Share your feedback – Have an idea or comment? We’ll ask you for feedback every so often, which helps us improve the app experience and add features you want.

We will be upgrading the mobile app. Cardholders will be prompted to upgrade their version of the mobile app using the standard app update/refresh process. Once the upgrade is complete, the app will be updated with new features including:
· Hide/Show Password – This will allow users to view their password to ensure that they have entered it correctly before submitting and to prevent lockouts.
· Share Your Feedback – We will be encouraging users to share feedback so we can continue to prioritize improvements and enhancements to the user experience.
Over the course of the next couple weeks and months, we have a series of updates planned for the mobile app. We will continue to keep you informed as they become available.
