Staying connected is even easier with the Comcast Business App. Business Internet users can now view the real-time status of their Internet connection and devices, including a notification if your eligible Comcast-issued modem has gone offline or is experiencing connection issues, plus actions to troubleshoot. Connection Pro subscribers will also see an alert when LTE backup is in use.

Comcast Business App users will now receive even more accurate information when experiencing a service interruption, thanks to in-app outage notifications that include an estimated time of resolution. During a service interruption, users can also sign up to receive a text message once service has been restored.

For Voice customers, we’ve surfaced the option to enable Answer Confirmation upon signing in to the app for the first time—this feature was previously only available via Phone settings. We’ve also added the ability to retrieve previously deleted voicemails, in addition to displaying current voicemail storage capacity.

We’ve heard your feedback and added the ability for you to quickly move a call to your Be Anywhere phones and your desk phone. Anytime you’re on a call press the move call button and select the phone you want to move the call to and answer. You can move the call to your desk phone or a Be Anywhere phone. You’ve moved your call without having to go through a manual transfer. Remember to add all the phones you regularly use in settings to move your calls. Please note that accessing VoiceEdge App while on a call on your cellphone will need WiFi or 4G LTE for some wireless carriers.

We've added some features to expand the directory and voicemail features
• Personal Directory - Set up a web-based personal directory at business.comcast.com/bveportal and use it with the mobile app and toolbar
• Voicemail – Select multiple voicemails for deletion, manage and record busy greeting, record your system name greeting
• Bug Fixes – Fixed some nagging bugs that caused the app to stall for some users
