[New Content]
1. Frostdragon Tyrant: R4 or above alliance members can use Dragonites to deploy the new Crystal Skills that provide powerful buffs to all members. Dragonites can be obtained by gathering Dragonite Ores or defeating Frostdragon Escorts. Furthermore, we have introduced the new Alliance Point Ranking where alliances will be ranked by the total points earned by their members. Chiefs ranked 2nd to 10th in terms of Frostdragon Capital occupation time will receive a limited-time castle skin: [Winter Watcher], and the Personal Point Tier Rewards and Personal Point Ranking Rewards will be upgraded. We have also increased the amount of Frostdragon Battlefield Rally Speedups II for each tier of the Frostdragon Battlefield Rally Speedup Pack to give you an upper hand in battle.
2. Alliance Activity Rewards: All members will receive weekly rewards based on their Alliance Activity.
3. Alliance Whitelist: This feature allows Chiefs on the list to automatically join an alliance without needing approval.

[Optimizations]
1. Bear Hunt: Added Personal Best Total Damage Rewards for Chiefs participating in Bear Hunt. Also, the cooldown of each participation has been changed from 46 hours to 2 natural days. The countdown begins immediately once you start attacking.
2. Alliance Showdown: Added a notification for the start time of the Matchmaking Phase, added rules for reward issuance, and included Alliance Tokens in Daily Rewards, Star Rewards, and Ranking Rewards.
3. Formation: Added a feature that allows you to name your formations. Each name can only consist of up to 3 characters (English letters or numbers).
4. Arena: Added a feature that allows you to purchase multiple challenge attempts in one go.
5. Ceasefire: Added an 8-hour protection period for Chiefs affected by Ceasefire, preventing the President or the Supreme President from using the skill against them again while the protection is active.

7. Hero-Related Features: Added generation labels for heroes beyond Gen 3 in the Heroes and Hero Details interfaces.
8. Position Applications: The Minister of the Interior will see a red dot notification on the Position Appointment portal when there are new applications. This is to ensure no applications are missed and to improve management efficiency. Additionally, avatars of Chiefs who have applied or reserved a position can now be tapped to view their profiles.
9. Pack Purchase Limit: Replaced "Remaining" with "Event Remaining" in the descriptions to clarify the pack purchase limits in Hall of Heroes, Lost Loot, Journey of Light, and Fishing Tournament.
10. Crazy Joe: Consolidated multiple battle reports into a single mail for easy viewing. All battle reports in the Alliance Log are now grouped under the "Events" tab.
11. Fishing Tournament: Adjusted the requirements to activate Power Cast.
12. Daybreak Island: Added 2 Basic Decorations: [Celebration Palisade] and [Festive Masonry]. Optimized the display of certain decorations that connects to road, providing a more natural transition.

[Feature Adjustments]
1. Bear Hunt: Added an extra Alliance Trap. The two traps cannot be set simultaneously, and both have a cooldown. Additionally, Alliance Damage Rewards have been removed and consolidated into Personal Damage Rewards.

[Feature Optimizations]
1. State Transfer: Previously, your character could not be more than 90 days older than your target State. Now, this limit depends on your target State's level of development, ranging from 90 days to a maximum of 180 days.
2. Pet Skills: You are now required to manually select Pet Skills on the Pet interface, as they are no longer automatically selected by the system.
3. Arena: Your challenge history won't be immediately cleared after an Arena season ends. You can view up to 50 challenge records from the current and last season.
4. Rally Bonus Display: Added the display of Rally Captain's Hero Exclusive Gear Skills.
5. Flame and Fangs: Rewards will be upgraded based on your State's level of development.

World chat restrictions updated: States with a history of more than 15 days now need a Furnace level of 10 and above, while states with a history of more than 30 days now need a Furnace level of 15 and above to access world chat.
20. Daybreak Island: Added Timbermill, which can be used for free after removing all trees (Lumberjacks can process trees there for Life Essence). Accessory upgrades are now instant. Added 1 new decoration: Purple Fantasy, and introduced quality labels for all decorations.
21. Resource Items: Resource items have been added to the Fishing Tournament daily mission rewards and Hero Rally paid tiers. Daily bonuses for the Ultra Value Monthly Card, Fire Crystal Weekly Card, and Fire Crystal Shard Weekly Card will now include additional resources. Personal point rewards for the Castle Battle now feature resources, and Crazy Joe’s alliance ranking rewards have increased the number of resource items.

18. Character Deletion: The daily deletion limit is now 2.
19. Fortress Battle: Increased difficulty for Phaethon Mercenaries garrisoned in Fortresses and Strongholds. As the server progresses, the difficulty also increases.
20. State Transfer: State Transfer cooldown has been adjusted from 30 days to 25 days.
