Description
CDK Modern Retail CRM is a fully portable, interactive Customer Relationship and Dealership Management toolset available on a mobile tablet. This allows dealership sales staff to complete much of the process via a mobile device – at any time, from anywhere, without ever accessing sales tools through a traditional PC
The CDK Modern Retail CRM App provides access to all CRM sales functionality to log prospects, search inventory, quote customers, track test drives, and follow up. CDK Modern Retail CRM provides ability to manage showroom, phone and internet leads no matter their location, and respond using phone, email or text tools to capitalize on every business opportunity. Real-time integration features with the in-store CRM ensures up-to-date data is available to authorized users at all times. These features include:

Fixes:
1. Quote Page – Lease – Cash Down Type Does Not Save
From the Quote page, press the Save icon to save new quotes display on the Cash, Loan, and Lease options. Previously, data on the amount of cash down on a vehicle would not save in the quote for Lease options.
2. Video Page – Generates Application Exception Error
Press Cancel to omit the inclusion of a video to send to a prospect from the Video page. Before, this action generated a popup message of an Application Exception error.
3. Greet Page – Filters – Do Not Save Without Make Selection
Select and save filter settings on New or Used vehicles of the Greet page along with selected price ranges. The Greet widget displays this page as complete. Previously, unless a user selected a Make, this page would not save the settings.
4. Quote Page – One Payment Grid – Displays Too Many Rows
From the Quote page, press the One Pay tab to display the financial data in a payment grid of three rows. Before, this page displayed a total of nine rows.
5. Appraisal Page – Edit Existing Vehicle with VIN Number – Creates New Record
From the Appraisal page, edit the VIN or mileage of one record of trade-in vehicles. Previously, after the user edited the VIN or mileage for a used vehicle, this action created a new appraisal record.
6. Organizer Page – Tasks Amounts Do Not Agree in the CRM
The DealBuilder Showroom app loads the activities and tasks saved in the CRM into the Organizer. Before, the amount of activities and tasks in the app did not agree with the amount in the CRM.
7. Greet Page – Vehicle Info – Returns All Vehicle Data
Salespersons review a summary of a prospect’s vehicle info related to the make, model, and price range from the Greet page of the Customer Journey. Previously, this page displayed all the vehicle info.
8. Customer Details Page – Vehicle Info – Returns All Vehicle Data
From the Customer Details page, salespersons create and save a new prospect without an entered physical address. Before, this page displayed an incomplete address error on created prospects.

From the Quote page, press the print icon to produce a hard copy of the presented quote in the worksheets. Previously, this page would print the worksheets in the incorrect format.
- Main Menu – Changing Companies – Notifications Do Not Vanish
Notifications inform salespersons they remain registered before they select Changing Companies from the main menu. Before, these notifications would not vanish when the salesperson changed the company.
- Quote Page – Worksheets – Incorrect Rates Loads on Saved Quotes
The Quote page displays and saves the present loan percentage rate in the worksheets of the quote. Previously, this page displayed an incorrect rate after the quote was saved.
- Quote Page – Pill Button Amount Does Not Match Grid Selection
From the Quote page, salespersons select the prospect’s desired quote amount from the pill button on top of the page. This quote complies with the amount shown in the grid selection.
Before, the amount in the pill button did not match the amount in the grid section.
- Opportunity Details Pane – Comments Field – Messages Display Incomplete
From the Opportunity Details pane, salespersons send and receive complete messages in the Comments field related to the activities of a prospect.
Previously, this field displayed received messages from salespersons that were incomplete.

From the Quote page, when a salesperson loads new quotes the default rate displays the total amount. Before, the default rate would display 0.0 after a new quote was loaded.

From the Inventory Search page, the status of a searched vehicle displays, “In Transit” for vehicles to be delivered to the inventory. Previously, these vehicles displayed as Available.
- Appraisal Log Page – Displays Error When Page is Opened
Open the Appraisal log page from the main menu to display a list of specific details for a trade-in vehicle. Before, when a salesperson opened this page, the action generated an error and crashed the page.
- Quote Page – Does Not Save Lease Cash Down Type
From the Quote page, salespersons enter the Cash Down Type amount submitted by the prospect and press Submit Offer. This amount is saved in the Quote details. Previously, this page would not save the amount in the Quote details.
- Quote Page – Calculator Displays Incorrect Cash Down Type Amount
From the Quote page, salespersons enter the Cash Down Type amount submitted by the prospect and press the Quote calculator. This amount is presented to the prospect’s Quote details. Previously, this page would not display the correct amount in the Quote details.

- The New/Used filter recognizes the changes set in Greet page. Before, this filter did not recognize changes made in the Greet page.
- The Greet widget displays Completed when the filters are saved to the Opportunity Details. Previously, the widget displayed Completed incorrectly before the filters were saved to the Opportunity.
- Set the previous Min and Max price based on the saved prospect data on the Greet filter. Before, the Min and Max price could not be set.
- Enter null as a model to filter the new/used make and price. Previously, when null was entered as a model it generated and error message.
- Use the toggle switch to remove a salesperson from OnPoint. Before, the switch generated an error when a salesperson was removed.
- Activity items display in order in the Order field as returned from the EndPoint. Previously, these activities did not display in the correct order.
- Protection Plans display a cost after all the survey questions are answered. Before, these plans displayed no cost associated with purchase.
- The Trade-In page reloads and displays the image of the selected vehicle when a salesperson returns to the page. Previously, this page reloaded the wrong image.
- The OnPoint toggle switch remains invisible to users who are not assigned to any department within the UpQueue. Previously, this switch was visible.
- The customer header bar displays exception alerts for In Showroom Status after the component is disposed. Previously, alerts related to In Showroom status displayed too early before the component was disposed.
- A quote update message appears on the Quote Journey step to indicate the quote was saved. Before, the quote did not update when saved.
- The Activity History page displays the Assigned To and Opportunity Primary Salesperson name as first and last. Previously, the name displayed with a comma between the first and last name.
- The Activity History page displays the correct time zone related to the location of the dealership. Before, the page displayed the incorrect time zone.
- The Greet page displays all models of vehicles and their specific makes. Previously, the page did not display all models or makes of vehicles.
- The Activity History page displays the return date of the prospect. Before, the page displayed the time.
- Open the date picker on the Organizer page to set the date of appointments. Previously, the date picker closed abruptly before a date was set.
- Edit the status of a customer that is a Showroom Up on the Customer Details page. Before, the edit changed the customer status to In Showroom.
