This is the FIRST AND ONLY app (as of April 3, 2015) that helps enforce both:

1. the 20/20 Rule: It will remind you to take a break (look away at 20 feet for 20 seconds) after 20 minutes of looking at your electronic device.
Your device will vibrate to let you know the break is over and that you can use your device once again.

2. Harmon’s Rule: It will notify you if you are too close to your device.
Harmon's Rule: Position your computer monitor between 20 to 26 inches (50 to 65 cm) from your eyes.
For all other near activities (such as using cell phones or tablets, reading, playing with hand-held video games, etc.), 14 to 20 inches (35 to 50 cm) is considered appropriate.

Notes:
1. This app does not constantly calculates the distance between the device and your eyes, in order to preserve battery life. Therefore, if you place your device too close to you, it may take a few seconds before the notification “You are too close to your device” appears.
2. The device needs to be held so that the 'selfie' camera is located in the upper right corner for the app to function properly.
3. It is not recommended to change the Time between breaks or the Break duration. If you change those settings, you may not be able to change them again without uninstalling and re-installing the app.
