TSB New Customer Identifier

TSB New Customer Identifier allows TSB to verify your documents and identity. This enables us to ensure that the person behind a business Current Account application is actually you.

Please only use this app if you have been instructed as part of the online application.

The app will use your mobile phone to take a photo of your documentation and record a selfie of your face. We will then verify this information and update you once it is done.

What you need to use this app
This app is only for customers who are applying for a Business Current Account with TSB. You would be required to enter your application id and registered email to log in.

This app won’t run on a rooted handset
When a device is rooted, safeguards built into Android are overridden and could leave it more vulnerable to attack by things like malware, putting your data at risk. For this reason, we don't allow our app to run on rooted devices.
