Manage your money on the go – check your balance, pay a bill, send money, move money – into a savings account or into a Savings Pot. You can also:
• Open a TSB current account
• Register for Digital Banking
• Log in securely with your fingerprint or face ID
• Identify a payment by the retailer logo next to the transaction
What you need to use this app
You’ll need to be a personal TSB customer and have a device running Android 9.0 or above. You'll need to be a UK resident to apply for new products.

Our update brings you improvements to its accessibility.
Plus a new design of current account transactions. They’re now arranged by date to make them easier to see and have new features to make them easier to understand. Each transaction has a clear label and a detail page. Just tap to find out more about many transaction types. Save many as pdf receipts too – as proof you’ve paid for something if you ever need it.

Re-order your dashboard
You can now personalise how you display your accounts on your home screen. Re-order them, hide them, bring them back – so the ones you use most often are at the top.
Add Google Wallet
We’ve made it easy to activate Google Wallet on your phone. Just go to “Manage Cards” and add your TSB card to Google Wallet.

You can now change your paperless preferences within the app.
We’ve also simplified how you view your Standing Orders and Direct Debits - you can now see these all together, and see your total outgoing amounts.

You will now start to receive a push notification when you have an online payment to approve in your app. Please make sure you have push notifications turned on in your device settings.

You can now adjust your contactless payments limit from £5 to £100 in the Manage Cards hub.
We’ve introduced a new account “Manage” tab to help manage your accounts in the app.
It’s now easier to set up standing orders between your own TSB accounts, by selecting an account under “My TSB accounts”.
You can also tell us in the app if anything has changed in your life, or about any physical or mental conditions that you think we should know about to help us tailor your support.
New feature: tap Quick View to check your last 3 transactions at a glance.
There’s a useful new feature in our latest app update. Just tap the “+” sign next to “Quick View” on your account page, and you’ll instantly see the last 3 transactions on your current account or credit card. It’s a great way to keep tabs on important payments, refunds and withdrawals, without having to open your full statement.

New features: new controls for your debit and credit card, the ability to deposit cheques inside the app, and a new login screen.
The new card controls give added security, letting you block contactless payments, for example.
The new cheque deposit feature lets you deposit real paper cheques with your mobile’s camera.
And there’s a smart new login screen to enjoy too.

You can now make international payments on the fly, block debit-card gambling payments, and change the TSB icon to match your chosen colour scheme. To personalise the icon, you need to be using Android 12 or later and have themed icons turned on. It’s our job to keep your money safe. So when it comes to finding ways to tackle the latest scam – in a world where scams are increasingly sophisticated – we’re on it 24/7.
Now, when you make an online payment, we’ll sometimes ask you to approve it in the app so we know it’s really you. And if you set up a new recipient, you’ll see a couple of questions to help you be more certain that your payment is going to somebody legitimate.

Take full advantage of your Spend & Save account by using our Savings Pots and Auto Balancer features for the mobile app:
- Savings Pots helps you put money aside for things that really matter. Personalise your pot, set a goal and easily track how your savings are growing.
- Auto Balancer makes money management easy on your Spend & Save account. Set a minimum account balance and if it falls below that amount we’ll automatically top it back up from your chosen Savings Pot.

We’ve introduced new features to make the app easier to use:
Viewing and managing transactions is more straightforward and there’s now a dedicated page for standing orders, direct debits and payments. Each transaction displays more detail such as references, and there’s a new animation to show when transactions are loading
You can change your marketing preferences in the new settings menu
The One Time Password experience is smoother for people who don’t have a number attached to their account
You can now use special characters forward slash (/) and dash (-) in your payments reference. And we've added merchant logos to your direct debit screen.
We've also fixed an issue with the Passbook saver account, so if you have one, you'll be able to view it in the app again.

Thanks for all the feedback you’ve sent through. We’ve continued focusing on fixing bugs and enhancing performance, including some of the crash issues you’ve been telling us about.
We’ve also improved the transaction views further; introducing merchant logos on pending transactions and Direct Debits. Your incoming current account transactions will now show up in green to make them easier to identify.

With these fixes you should now be able to use your blue light filters again.
We’ve also added some more merchant logos and improved the menu navigation.
We have fun, features and fixes for you in this release.
You’ll now find some merchant logos alongside your card transactions, which should make payments easier to identify, as well as adding a splash of colour!
We’ve also added a running balance to the transaction view, so you can quickly see your balance history.
Finally, we’ve fixed a couple of crashing issues you’ve reported to us, including one some were experiencing when trying to cancel a Direct Debit.
Are you using a Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+ or Note 8? If so, we have great news – we are the first bank in Europe allowing customers to use iris recognition.
You can now log into our app and authorise payments with your iris if you have the latest version of Samsung Pass installed.
There’s a bug fix for everyone else too, addressing crashes a few of you were experiencing.

If you have a TSB credit card, it’s now easier to make repayments from your TSB current account.
Also look for improvements to pending transactions and how payments appear.

If you use fingerprint login, you’ll now be able to use that to authorise payments instead of entering your password every time. And we’ll show your available balance when you transfer money, so you know how much you’ve got before you tap “send”.
