Convenient Care Now by HackensackUMC lets you connect securely with a doctor via video in minutes on your computer or mobile device. Register with Convenient Care Now in advance of an appointment. When scheduling an appointment, you may choose among a select group of board certified physicians.

Although recommended, Convenient Care Now is available with no pre-scheduled appointment 24/7 so that you or your loved ones can get the care you need, without leaving home.

Conditions we treat include:

- Sore throat
- Urinary tract infection
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Fever
- Pinkeye
- Flu
- Sprains and strains
- Cold
- Respiratory infection
- Headache
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Weight concerns
- Smoking cessation

If appropriate, your doctor will prescribe you a medication that will be sent to a nearby pharmacy of your choice.

If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the doctor during your video visit, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.

HackensackUMC takes your privacy very seriously. Your visit with the doctor is secure and HIPAA compliant.
