If your health plan includes this digital wellness program, all you need to do to start earning is sign in, pair your activity tracker and start moving. Check the Earn tab for new reward activities, and visit your Dashboard to see your progress toward daily tracking goals and rewards.

You’ll earn rewards when you hit daily goals — like steps and active minutes — with your paired fitness tracker.

How do I redeem my rewards?
Your rewards will be automatically emailed to you as a digital Visa gift card."
