Description
Today thousands of workers and businesses from the restaurant, cafe and events sectors use Supp's app to connect over temporary and permanent employment. For temp work, the platform handles the full process from team selection through to payments, ratings and admin. For perm work, the platform acts as the perfect pathway for job seekers into the right ongoing jobs.
The knock-on effects of Supp are huge: people can put their skills to use to reach their financial goals, tap into new knowledge, and be surrounded by pathways into work at fair wage venues. Business owners get reliable access to staff when they are short, reducing the temptation to overwork their core team. They also receive a helping hand with compliance and admin, and an electronic method of payment that’s faster (and legal to boot) compared with paying ‘cash from the til’.
The design of Supp’s app is inspired by the needs of our community. We hope it makes life a little smoother for you.

By popular demand, shifts in your home feed are now neatly separated into tabs to help you keep track of everything :handshake:
We’ve freshened up the look of profiles to help you put yourself out there, and added some handy shortcuts to the top of the app to give you quick access to settings, and let managers post a new shift with one tap. We’ve also made some fixes and improvements thanks to all your feedback. Check it out!

You can now post up to two weeks of shifts in a single block of work. No more plugging the gaps one shift at a time. Supp also lets you increase the number of listings up to 20 at a time - perfect for catering and event businesses. And if the shifts go well, why not offer them an ongoing position? Supp also calculates and reports your super obligation to include in the next pay-run.
Got a chef taking annual leave? A barista that needs to drop shifts so they can study for exams? Or do you need to lock down a solid team member for a busy holiday period? Great news! You can now post up to 14 shifts in a single block of work. No more plugging the gaps one shift at a time. Spend your free time doing what you love not writing rosters.
