RAS is an active feedback system which means that primary user/citizens from whom
the feedback would be sought are those who have availed a government service
recently.
The feedback seeking process would be initiated by the RAS after getting a trigger
about completion of service. The trigger would be provided either by APIs/Connectors
planted in the user department application .
