KAY® PROTECT™ is a digital checklist, food safety, and compliance management program that combines digital technology with our QSR industry knowledge and field expertise to deliver improved food safety protection and streamlined operations. With this application, the program allows for Bluetooth™ food temperature monitoring, customize cleaning and sanitation checklists. Reports tracking compliance and corrective actions, along with training content integrated into the application enables improved compliance any time of the day.

In this release update, we included many fixes to improve the performance and user experience of the Marketgaurd365 app.
Among the fixes included in this update are Dashboard temperature reporting, improving the saving of images within checklists, and pyrometer connection improvements.

Enhancements to allow greater flexibility for users to tailor their preferred date and time format as well as the ability to create date and time questions. The user experience is further enriched and simplified with quick access to additional Ecolab tools directly from our mobile app. We have added new permissions within our in-app reporting to allow flexibility and report access by role. In this release we have added a mix of new features, enhancements and back-end features that will continue to deliver on the simple and intuitive principles our users have come to expect. Enhancements include checklist exceptions for planning and blackout dates, and the ability to add additional thermometers. New features include time zone management and the ability to manage customer who migrate to the new customer portal.

Integration enables alerts from sensors to create push notifications within the KAY® PROTECT™ app. A new in-app report for remote temperature monitoring will be available for those with the configuration enabled. Additionally, this release also includes bug fixes.

We have expanded logging and tracking capabilities within the Checklist Management tool and added flexibility for enabling Bluetooth metrics and managing Terms of use for individual users. Pull to refresh is now available on the manager and associate home screens to refresh new and modified checks.
