We have updated our registration and login processes to give you access to your health plan and personal information using the same username and password between the Web portal and app. Enhancements include improved navigation and user interface, a simpler menu for choosing how to receive communications from Blue Cross Blue Shield, the ability to view your Health Financial Information within the app itself, and bug fixes. All existing users of the MyBlue Member App will need to complete a quick update to their profiles in order to meet the updated security standards for BCBSMA.

This update includes the following features:
- A more user-friendly view of your profile
- Easier ways to retrieve a forgotten username and password
- Simplified choices for how to receive messages from us
- In-App Health Financial Information

Access information about your health insurance coverage and care options quickly and conveniently. With the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts mobile application members can:
• View their virtual card (front and back)
• View their Primary Care Provider information
• Find MRI Options and Limited Care Clinics in Massachusetts
• View recent medical visits and prescription drug information
• View copayment, coinsurance and deductible amounts
• View Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement Agreements, and Health Spending Account balances
• Email a virtual copy of your health insurance card
• Personalized alerts and reminders to help you save money and get the best value from your health plan
• Access customer service and our 24 hour Blue Care nurse line

Our mobile application provides safe and secure access to your personal health information from one easy-to-use location. Members are required to complete an easy 1-step registration process before accessing their information using the mobile app. We look forward to enhancing this tool to provide ongoing support to our valued customers.
