We are thrilled to present our latest release, which brings you a more robust and secure login method. Our authentication system has undergone significant updates to safeguard your data, ensuring the utmost safety for your personal and payment information. With this enhancement, you can trust that your data is always protected. We've also addressed various bugs, resulting in a smoother and more intuitive experience.

We've got some exciting changes to share with you! We've given our app a fresh new look by updating the blue colour to match our brand update. Not only that, we've also introduced a 'Claim Missing Booking' feature, making it easier than ever for our members to complete a form for any bookings that don't show up under Past Bookings. Be sure to update your app and check out these awesome new features on your next Aussie adventure.

In this release, we have removed the Covid Declaration page in the booking journey to keep up to date with government regulations. We’ve also made minor cosmetic improvements to the booking journey and the My Profile screen, as well as fixed some crash issues. What’s next: get ready for a brand new look!

We’ve listened to your feedback and have now made it possible for you to update your email via the app; simply go to the Manage Account section once you’re logged into the My Profile screen to edit the “Email” field. We’ve also squashed some bugs along the way.

Never miss out on membership benefits again when you enable push notifications in the app! We’ll now send you reminders when your membership is due for renewal so you can continue to enjoy booking discounts, in-park benefits and more. You can view and change your notification setting in our newly introduced “Settings” screen. We’ve also smashed some bugs in this release.

This release sees improvements on a member’s Profile page; members will be reminded when they should renew their membership to ensure they maintain their benefits. We’ve also added a booking date field to each booking record so this info is readily accessible. In addition, we’ve crushed some bugs and made some improvements to the booking journey.

This update brings improvements to the availability calendar; we’ve added a notice within the calendar that informs why your selected dates cannot be booked. We’ve also made improvements with fuel whereby you should no longer have to logout from the app to receive a new barcode. We’ve still got more work to do within the fuel space so stay tuned for further updates!

In this release, you’ll see a slight face lift to the bottom navigation, and for members, the My Profile section of the app, to make your selection more intuitive. We’ve also simplified the membership renewal process, encompassing all membership types, regardless of when your previous membership expired. We’ve also made various bug and crash fixes in this version.

For those loyal to our membership program, we’ve pre-filled any saved details so you don’t miss out on any rewards points. For those that were experiencing issues due to the device language setting, this has also been fixed to ensure you enjoy a seamless experience.

This release sees improvements when searching for parks to clearly display your search stay requirements. We have also added a barcode to your digital membership card found in the Member Profile section so we can find your details quickly when you are checking in to a park, and have also made improvements to the way your past bookings are displayed.

We’re excited to introduce Deals on the G’day Parks app; you can now enjoy great savings on selected parks when you place a booking via the app! We also present the option for new members to opt-in for a physical card, or opt to go fully digital instead; no more misplaced cards!
