Description
Combine this app with the LEGO DC Super Heroes App-Controlled Batmobile (76112), the LEGO City Cargo Train (60198), or the LEGO City Passenger Train (60197) (each sold separately) to operate the motorized engines via Bluetooth controls, or use your imagination and build entirely new creations using LEGO Powered Up components and bring them to life by coding them. Make your models move and respond to real-world events.
The LEGO Powered Up app puts you in the driver’s seat of the awesome 4-wheel-drive Batmobile to speed through the streets of GOTHAM CITY™. Drive forwards, backwards, left and right… or pull 360-degree turns! You can even activate cool tricks and stunts as you become the Dark Knight and fight crime. You can customize and code your Batmobile tricks and choose your sounds and movements – pretty awesome!
The LEGO Powered Up app also controls LEGO trains to haul goods or pick up passengers around LEGO City. You can control the speed, change directions, and bring even more life to your play with various sounds such as a whistle, passenger announcement, railroad crossing bell, and more! The Bluetooth remote control app and the remote control handset included in the LEGO City train sets aren’t compatible with older infrared remote-controlled LEGO train sets.
Thanks to Powered Up components like hubs, motors, sensors, and lights you will be able to bring your customized creations to life. You can also bring your existing LEGO models to life.

Is it too early to get into the holiday spirit? We think not! Staying on track with a new cable car, this LEGO Powered UP app update introduces the Holiday Main Street (10308).You’ll get:
- New widgets in the same look and feel as the cable car; levers for controlling speed, direction, and braking.
- A small radio that plays music to get you into that holiday mood.
- A Snow button to toggle snow on and off.
- Various sounds to set the tone for your Holiday on Main Street.
With this new update, the LEGO Powered UP App is back on track!
We added two new experiences for the new LEGO CITY Passenger Express Train (60337), and the LEGO CITY Freight Train (60336). With the two new trains you’ll get:
- New widgets in the same look and feel as the two new trains.
- Weather selector, that allows you to change weather conditions.
- Steering controls, and speedometer displays.
- Adaptive engine, and effect-sounds that react to the train’s movement.
Bug Fix
This year we’ve filled the stocking with a few goodies you can check off your wish list.
- The LEGO® Grand Piano, becomes even grander, with fourteen new songs, delicious details, and new loop/shuffle features.
- For the Custom Controller, we’ve added stickers and labels, and a ton of editing options, and advanced settings so you can finetune your controller.
- Last but not least, we’ve enabled new motors in the Powered Up family.
• We’re super excited to introduce the first version of the LEGO Powered Up Custom Controller. Create and code your own controller in the Create section, and choose from a library of button, controllers, and display widgets. Yes! We will be adding more widgets soon.
• Other news include ‘Never time out’ settings function, and various bug fixes, to the Grand Piano experience, and the Haunted House experience.
We’re proud to present to you the introduction of the LEGO® Ideas Grand Piano. A masterpiece in craft and innovation. With this intricate instrument, you can build a crescendo of creativity. One brick and one note at a time. You are the maestro. You are center stage, and this is your time to play.
Improvements and adjustments
• This update stays on track, with the addition of the new LEGO® Crocodile Locomotive (10277) controller.
• We’ve also fixed some squeaks and knocked some rust of the clutch, in the elevator, in the Haunted House (10273). Also, beware of the Pharaoh’s Curse!
• Two new coding blocks for improved servo steering! (Only works with Rally car and 4x4)
• Play lobby cards will now arrange after last one opened.
• A bunch of other fixes and improvements.
This update is extra SPOOKY, with the addition of the new LEGO® Haunted House (10273) experience.
There’s a new TECHNIC hub firmware update. Not to worry! This time we’ve aligned it with Control+ app.
We’ve fixed some seriously annoying bugs (along with some minor ones), including irresponsive activities and buttons. Also, an issue that would make the Batmobile stop working after a while.

· Last but not least, the app has gotten a makeover! We’ve given the interior of the two lobbies a thorough clean-up. Just in time for the holidays!
